When the Tools>Set closeness menu is checked it enables a new map drawing point to locate itself at the same position as another existing point if the points are within the closeness setting (pixels). The closeness setting can be selected in the dropdown box provided in the toolbar.
The settings provided are 50, 100, 150 or 200
pixels.
